If you plan on living on campus, apply for housing as soon as you can as we have a limited number of spaces. It’s convenient, safe, and affordable. University Housing is available for admitted or currently enrolled, degree-seeking CSUDH students only.
Our office hours are as follows:
Our main (310) 243-2228 telephone line is open from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday (holidays excluded). You may also contact us via email at housing@muurausahvenlampi.com.
If you're a current resident in need of assistance AFTER HOURS or on weekends, please contact the on-call RA. If you have any difficulty reaching our staff, University Police dispatchers are also available 24/7 at (310) 243-3639 to assist in reaching our on-call staff.
We are pleased to announce that construction on a new Affordable Student Housing and Dining Commons Project started in February 2024. The Project will consist of a four-story residence hall and a separate one-story dining facility. The Project will be located north of the existing Student Residence Hall, south of International Avenue, and west Birchknoll Drive. The residence hall will house 288 students in a combination of single, double, and triple traditional residence hall style rooms.
You may go to the following page on the CSUDH website for more information on and a timeline of the Project.
